The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus and a subway station, and at about 20 minutes walking distance from the Vieux Port. The staff is just wonderful and very helpful. As to the breakfast, the coffee is great so as the pains au chocolat, croissants, etc. I also liked the Marseille soaps in the bathroom and the cleanliness of the room.

The hotel was good for the metro, shops and places to eat. Very clean and the staff were friendly. A nice walk 20 to 30 mins to the Port..A street market nearby.We were able to make ourselves a hot drink to take to our room

Great location near the Metro and easy to walk to areas. The room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was limited. But everything was fresh. Really enjoyed the croissants. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I arrived one day later than expected because I missed my connection flight. I called the hotel at 16:30 in the evening to inform them and they reimbursed me the night immediately. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and it was quiet.

The room is big, & very clean. The staff are very helpfull & welcoming. The breakfest is excellent, even the staff brought me special milk for my allergy! Highly recommended Hotel !

I was very pleased with my stay at your hotel. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. Nice quiet room. Very pleased that daily housekeeping is back to normal routine. Easy access to the Metro and Bus services. Very clean and comfortable stay. Thanks to all of you.

The well-known Ibis Styles concept, everything there that is needed, friendly and pleasant staff, nice neighborhood to explore Marseille. Breakfast and coffee as desired at this Ibis Styles.

The gentleman at reception was super friendly and helpful! The hotel has a nice set up with everything you could expect from an Ibis - so it's definitely a safe bet if you don't know where to stay. I found it an ok location to move around (which I did by walking everywhere)
