Most importantly I feel like at home during I stayed in this hotel. Especially staffs are really great and friendly and special thanks for Brice from reception, he helped me a lot. The room was so clean, the location is close to metro, bus station and in a safer location just only 5-10 minutes away from city center. I don't like crowded places to stay and therefore the location is so great for me which is a few minutes away from every public transport.

The room had all the basics, and including air conditioning, met all of my needs for a July visit to Marseille. The hotel staff was wonderful, and the breakfast, superb. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable here.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a bus and a subway station, and at about 20 minutes walking distance from the Vieux Port. The staff is just wonderful and very helpful. As to the breakfast, the coffee is great so as the pains au chocolat, croissants, etc. I also liked the Marseille soaps in the bathroom and the cleanliness of the room.

The place is located at the city center close to metro. The service was extremely good. I got confused with the hotel unit near gare, the reception person was very friendly and helpful. Guided me to the Castellane location ibis styles. Once I reached the exact location, the reception was very welcoming and provided the requested assistance. Thank you.I will definitely recommend ibis styles in Marseille to my friends and family.

Great value for the price. The hotel is located on a quiet street, close to the metro and the city center. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and of good size. The continental breakfast includes a nice addition of cheese, ham, and muesli.

Like all Ibis hotels, rooms are comfortable, very clean, well decorated, bed are exceptionally comfortable and rooms are, unlike many hotel, very well lit, especially bathroom. Continental breakfast is served with good coffee and viennoiseries.

Friendly staff on check-in, knowledge recommended good restaurants around the hotel. Comfortable beds, great location. When we requested a fan for the room due to the air con being switched off for this time of year, the receptionist happily assisted. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was good for the metro, shops and places to eat. Very clean and the staff were friendly. A nice walk 20 to 30 mins to the Port..A street market nearby.We were able to make ourselves a hot drink to take to our room
